We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

If your order is canceled after payment has been received, you will receive a full refund.

We offer a 60-Day Better Hearing Guarantee so you can evaluate your hearing aids during normal daily use.

If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery, subject to our Return Policy.


9.3 Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

  • Contact our support team before returning your order.

  • Follow the return instructions provided.

  • Return the product with its original accessories whenever possible.

  • Use a trackable shipping method.


9.4 Refunds

After your return is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.

Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account.


9.5 Return Shipping & Fees

Unless otherwise required by law or approved by ClarityPlus, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

If a cleaning or handling fee applies, you will be informed before any deduction is made.


9.6 Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned, including:

  • Replacement domes

  • Wax guards

  • Replacement parts

  • Maintenance products

  • Opened accessories that cannot be safely reused
