At ClarityPlus, we're committed to helping you hear with confidence. That's why every purchase includes a 1-Year Limited Warranty and our 60-Day Better Hearing Guarantee, giving you plenty of time to experience the benefits of your hearing aids in everyday life.

1-Year Limited Warranty

Your ClarityPlus hearing aids are covered by a 1-year limited warranty beginning on the date your order is delivered.

If your device experiences a verified manufacturing defect during the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no additional cost.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Accidental damage

  • Water or liquid damage

  • Loss or theft

  • Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized repairs

60-Day Better Hearing Guarantee

We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase.

Our 60-Day Better Hearing Guarantee allows you to try your ClarityPlus hearing aids in your daily environment. If, after a genuine trial, you feel the product isn't the right fit for your hearing needs, you may request a return within 60 days of delivery.

Because hearing aids often require an adjustment period, we encourage customers to use the devices consistently before deciding whether to return them.

How to Request a Return

To begin a return, please email us at:

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • The email address used for your purchase

  • A brief explanation of your request

Once your return request has been approved, we'll provide the correct return address and detailed instructions.

Please do not send any items back before receiving return authorization.

Return Requirements

To qualify for a refund:

  • Your return request must be made within 60 days of delivery.

  • The item must be returned using a trackable shipping service.

  • Please include all original accessories and packaging whenever possible.

  • Including your order number inside the package helps us process your return more quickly.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law or approved by ClarityPlus.

Important Return Information

Returns sent without prior authorization or to an incorrect address may be refused or significantly delayed.

Always wait until you receive return instructions from our support team before shipping your order.

Manufacturing Defects

If your hearing aids develop a verified manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace the product under our warranty.

If a replacement is not available, we may offer a refund at our discretion.

After the 60-Day Trial

Return requests submitted more than 60 days after delivery are generally not eligible for a refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Extended warranty plans

  • Cleaning accessories

  • Replacement domes and ear tips

  • Wax guards

  • Charging accessories purchased separately

  • Replacement parts

  • Maintenance and sanitation products

Refund Processing

Once your return arrives, it will be inspected within 5–7 business days.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take an additional 3–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

If you haven't received your refund after this time, please check with your financial institution before contacting us.

Cleaning & Handling Fees

In certain situations, a reasonable cleaning or handling fee may apply to returned products that have been used.

If applicable, we'll notify you before processing your refund. No fees will ever be deducted without prior notice.

Exceptional Situations

If your package is lost during transit, arrives damaged, or another shipping issue occurs, ClarityPlus may provide a replacement as a one-time courtesy.

Courtesy replacement products are not eligible for refunds and do not begin a new 60-day trial period.

Hearing Aid Adjustment Period

Many users need time to adapt to hearing aids.

It's common for sounds to feel different during the first few weeks of use as your brain adjusts to hearing more clearly.

For the best experience, we recommend wearing your hearing aids consistently throughout the trial period before making a final decision.

Product Suitability

ClarityPlus hearing aids are designed for individuals with mild to moderate hearing loss.

They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions, nor are they designed for severe or profound hearing loss.
